Privacy Policy

"СPT ProjectService" LLC (hereinafter referred to as the "Operator") stores and uses personal data on the Internet resource located at https://cft-ps.kz/ (hereinafter referred to as the "Internet Resource"), and the user of the Internet resource (hereinafter referred to as the "User") provides personal data in accordance with the terms and conditions of this agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement"). If the User disagrees with the Agreement, they agree to discontinue use of the Internet resource.

User:

• confirms that all the data provided by him belongs to him personally;
• confirms and acknowledges that he has carefully and fully read the Agreement and the terms of processing his personal data indicated by him in the online application fields, and that the text of the Agreement and the terms of processing personal data are clear to him;
• expresses consent to the processing of personal data without reservations or limitations (hereinafter referred to as "Consent"). The moment of acceptance of the Consent is marked by marking the corresponding field in the Form and clicking the submit button of the Form on any page of the Website;
• confirms that, by giving consent, he acts freely, of his own will and in his own interests.

This Consent is given for the processing of personal data both without the use of automation tools and with their use.

Consent is given for the processing of the following personal data of the User, specified by the User in forms or in files attached to the forms:

• Last name, first name, patronymic;
• Position, organization;
• Telephone;
• Country;
• City;
• Areas of interest, services and directions;
• Email address;
• Other personal data specified by the User in forms or files attached to the forms.

The purpose of processing personal data is their storage and use, including:

• Responses to User requests;
• Ensuring the User’s work with the Operator’s Website;
• Sending analytical materials to Users and informing Users about upcoming events organized by the Operator, as well as registering Users to participate in such events;

The User, by accepting the terms of this Agreement, expresses his/her interest and gives full consent that the processing of his/her personal data includes the following actions: collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision of access), depersonalization, blocking, deletion, destruction of personal data.

The User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

The User's personal data is not transferred to third parties, with the exception of persons processing personal data on behalf of the Operator, and in cases established by law. If Users participate in events organized by the Operator, the Operator has the right to disclose the relevant personal data to persons involved in organizing such events.

The Operator reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. When amending the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new version of the Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided in the new version of the Agreement.

This document, in accordance with paragraph 1 of Article 389 and paragraph 5 of Article 395 of the Civil Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is a public offer and an agreement of accession.
