Design capabilities
The company has its own design department and, when necessary, engages leading domestic and international engineering firms. This approach allows us to handle tasks of any complexity—from the development of individual components to comprehensive system engineering.
Design tools
- AutoCAD, SolidWorks , Kompas – 3D modeling and drawing development;
- APM Winmachine , ANSYS Mechanical , IDEA- Statica , SCAD, LIRA – strength calculations (with the involvement of specialized partners if necessary);
- Belt Analyst , Helix – traction calculations for conveyor systems;
- Rocky DEM – modeling of bulk material handling processes.
Design results
- 3D models and 2D drawings of the KM or KMD category ;
- KMD drawings are produced in accordance with GOST and taking into account the production practices of plants in the Republic of Kazakhstan and the CIS countries - they do not require revision before launching into production;
- working design documentation is prepared in accordance with the Unified System for Design Documentation (ESKD) GOST R 2.109-2023 .
Supply of components
We provide mining companies with all necessary components:
- selection and specification (including reverse engineering );
- purchase and manufacture of parts and components;
- supply of components for crushing plants, conveyor systems, waste stackers , stackers and other equipment.
