Commissioning support
Commissioning begins after construction and installation work is completed and the equipment is ready for commissioning. This is the final stage to ensure proper operation of the equipment. During this stage, components and mechanisms undergo comprehensive testing and adjustment of the entire system.
Commissioning works are divided into 3 stages
- No-load testing (without material). This stage checks the operation of safety systems, proper connections, and automation system configuration.
- load testing (pilot operation) includes optimization of the operation of equipment and its components, adjustment of regulations and settings, mechanical adjustments
- Proof of Performance – continuous testing over a specified period of time to confirm the equipment's warranty performance
All stages of commissioning are carried out with the direct participation of the personnel who will operate the equipment. Our specialists provide mandatory training to the customer's employees on the requirements of regulations and instructions for the safe operation and maintenance of the equipment, its components, and parts. During this period, the operating organization's employees also gain practical knowledge on the basics of starting up the equipment after downtime or repairs.
