Installation supervision: our specialists provide organizational and technical guidance for the equipment installation process, which is carried out by personnel provided by the Customer.

Preparation for production
- development of a detailed schedule based on the General Work Plan
- resource planning: personnel, equipment, tools, materials
- preparation of unit-by-unit work assignments for installation
Installation
- control over compliance with technology and quality of work performed at the installation site
- Conducting daily operational meetings: progress reports / comments / planning
- preparation of daily reports on the work performed
- preparation of quality control protocols for the assembly of critical structures, components, and assemblies (welding, tightening of bolted connections, linear dimensions/geometry, painting, bearing clearances, etc.)
- assistance to the Customer in handling claims and drafting complaints
