To achieve the stated goals, specialists of "СPT ProjectService" LLC carry out service monitoring, service planning and service supervision.
Service monitoring is carried out not only for the operation of equipment components during operation, but also for the actual operating modes of the equipment in general to assess the rhythm of loading and identify bottlenecks.
It is assumed that the Customer focuses its efforts directly on the operation of the equipment, while the Contractor carries out service monitoring.
Service planning is the timely and optimal planning of equipment maintenance and repairs, as well as the provision and replenishment of spare parts. It consists of the following activities and documents:
- object-oriented service monitoring regulations (including the indication of the necessary tools for non-destructive testing and diagnostics)
- recording monitoring results in protocols and forms
- planning of planned preventive maintenance
- planning of preventive and corrective repairs
- direct communication and request for missing data from major equipment manufacturers
- drawing up a list of strategic spare parts and consumables
- preparation of lists of spare parts, consumables and tools for the performance of planned work
- work schedules
- applications for the engagement of highly specialized subcontractors
Maintenance and repair work is carried out according to a pre-agreed plan, both as part of scheduled preventive maintenance (SPM) and as part of preventive maintenance (PTM). CPT ProjectService LLC personnel provide service supervision to ensure compliance with the relevant process regulations.
