- mechanical properties of the material and environmental conditions;
- accessible infrastructure (electricity supply, transportation of large pieces of equipment, the ability to carry out large-scale concrete work).
- Preparation of equipment specifications based on the above data to estimate capital and operating costs.
- Development of a financial model that determines the return on investment.
